“I usually hate local hardware stores. They’re almost always over priced. This local hardware store is amazing though. The 10 items I needed were a lot cheaper here than running all the way to Lowe’s. That’s really weird but great. I already knew what I needed but the guy that worked there was able to confirm everything I needed since he was an actual 30 year professional plumber before working there people that work at Home Depot and Lowe’s. Can’t even tell you where the bathrooms at.Ahhh and all the Milwaukee !!!!”
“A true gem!! Friendly, helpful and convenient and right in the heart of town. Heiser’s has been saving the day for us for years!! Its great to be able to get hardware and parts right in Mahanoy city without having to trek out for a drive. We have been coming in for over a decade and I know the Heisers’ have been serving the community way longer than that. They also carry hard to find items like coal buckets. Can’t say enough nice things about Heiser’s!!!”

“If you need that hard to find bolt, screw, etc this is the place to go! I was looking for a harder tensile strength bolt for a place of stress on my motorcycle and it was no problem for them. Very friendly staff.”
