“I dealt with Richard Scott for my regular maintenance visit. He was extremely helpful and professional. He made sure all my records were accurate . Not something you see everyday anymore! I chose to wait for my vehicle. The waiting area was pleasant and clean. Complimentary coffee and water. Popcorn was a nice touch as well. I was able to take care of some work with their complimentary WiFi. Was asked a few times by other employees if they could do anything for me. It was obvious the dealership cares about their customers after the sale. Would highly recommend the dealership for your service needs.”

Frank worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered, even things that the towing company did. Frank kept me in the loop, always answered questions and was concerned that I was happy with the car. We are going to start bringing our cars to them for all our service. These guys are awesome.”

“Doug and his team are always top notch! You can't beat their deals on the factory second batteries! I last purchased a battery for my son's Subaru Impreza. While I was taking the old battery out, Doug came over to see what I needed and then went to the office and brought the battery right to the car for me! Awesome guy with great customer service. I also sold them a 1994 Dodge Durango that had a blown motor. They came the next day and picked it up at my mechanic's shop, check in hand. If you need used auto parts, a new battery for your car, or a junker picked up for scrap, Naftzinger's is who you need to contact!”
“My coolant hose blew a fitting and got stranded here. The men behind the counter came out and helped me find the busted hose fitting, then went inside and brought me out tools and the exact part I needed. I fixed it up right then and there thanks to their knowledge and generosity for letting me borrow their tools. From what I saw they had a huge selection on parts and tools for home and auto!”
