Mark and Jack were great to work with, very knowledgeable regarding installation and the use of our new KitchenAid appliances. They were very careful moving our old stuff out and new stuff in. Definitely worth supporting a local business and will go back to Martins again!

Martins appliance is hands down the best! There prices are very competitive with the big box stores but there customer service knowledge and professional is top notch. We worked with Dean Wimer again and it was a pleasure as always. Karl and Dean delivered and installed our new over the stove wall mounted microwave and take every precaution to assure no damage was created. They work together efficiently to get the job done correctly. They go over all features of your new appliances so you know how to use your appliances.

Soooo mush better than the big box stores, where you can’t find help & if you do, they can’t help you.

Mark and Jack were very efficient and friendly. They took great care in removing our old appliance and installing the new ones. They even brought their own vacuum to clean up when they were done. We were also given a tutorial on how each appliance worked before they left. We are extremely satisfied with our entire experience with Matin’s Appliance.

Salesperson Matt and installers Karl and Derek were very professional start to finish. It was very obvious to me they care about their work and their company’s reputation. Initially bought a dryer and dishwasher…everything went great so when I needed a washer I wanted the same team. They treated me very well. Martin’s is everything you could hope for when shopping for an appliance.

My husband and I have always liked supporting local businesses so when I needed to replace the hood over my range, Martins Appliance was my choice. Karl and Derek communicated with me regarding their arrival time and once here got right to work. The two of them worked well together and were respectful of my property. Although the sales person said that the hood I chose was the same dimensions as my older one, heighth had not been considered and it left about a 3 inch gap from the bottom of the hood to my backsplash, which I did not like. Karl resolved the problem by suggesting we extend a piece of stainless from the hood that would look like it was part of the hood. He had a local craftsman fabricate the piece and installed it several days later. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I just had a range, hood, dishwasher and refrigerator delivered and installed by Allen and Charlie. I was very pleased with the “Martin’s experience” from start to finish. My salesman, Dwylan was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I really appreciated all the help he gave me. Allen and Charlie did a fantastic job installing everything. It was very easy having them in my home, they were very friendly while remaining professional and were very good at their job. I highly recommend Martin’s Appliances!

About a week & a half ago we came into the store & talked with Tony about a new stove. We had not bought a new stove in about 25 years so everything of course has changed. I had an old coil burner range and wanted something more efficient. Plus I wanted a convection oven. Tony was very knowledgeable about all of the appliances on the floor that we looked at. He gave us some great advice and was very helpful! We appreciate being able to speak with him. We will definitely see him in the future! We will also highly recommend him to our family and friends.
My new stove was delivered last Tuesday by Mark & Trent. They were very helpful moving things in our home to get the stove through our front door. They were very friendly and polite as they talked while installing our new stove. They worked so well together! They did a great job showing me how everything worked. They cleaned my new stove which was very kind.
I will recommend Martin’s to my family & friends. We have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with you. You have a very kind and courteous sales team, office staff, and delivery team!
