We talked about the job that I wanted done in great detail.I ask what the cost , and they told me it would cost $1000.00 then $2000.00 and then maybe even more.So I told them nicely that I couldn't afford to get the job done by them .”
“This review involves my experience with the service department, I didn't buy a car from there. I made an appointment for them to upgrade my cx-5's infotainment system and USB ports, while I supplied the parts needed. They only charged me $209 after tax for the job, much better than the others in the area that I called, and coincidentally they're located near my work so it was perfect. I dropped my car off in the morning before my shift started, and they have a nice guy who drives the complimentary shuttle and drove me to work. Although they refused to put on wiper blades that weren't sold from them due to "liability issues" (bleh) that was just a minor inconvenience. They called me only a few hours after drop-off time, which eased my mind knowing it'd be ready for me by the time I'm off. I will say though, I feel the shuttle could run a bit later, the last pick up is 4 which inconveniences the 9-5ers, but not a big deal because I just bought an uber, and was still saving me money and provided me more convenience than if I had went to another dealership on a day off. They did a perfect job, everything functions as expected and they gave me a coupon for a free car wash, which really sealed the deal for me (I appreciate the little things). This is the best experience I've had with any dealership and it's pretty safe to say I'll be going there for my future mazda needs.”
