Poor Customer Service. They still have 6 hats that I sent to them and they will not return our calls. 1 of the items sent was not even a hat I had sent to them. Sent them ACTUAL Hat samples, They did not match the sample. Sent Order to them November 13, it took them a month to complete the hat and then we were forced to ship ND to prevent delay of event and they allowed us to eat freight And then shipped the final balance incorrectly to where we were over charged for freight. Lost money on job.
