If you are a customer of this store and you fraudulently use a card, this website allows it.I find it shameful that a family business like this, from what I see, allows this to happen. If the client who has done it one day reads it, he should know that from Spain we are following the trail of this fraudulent use of cards from this business. I write by email to inform but it blocks my email in its spam box, I imagine because I write from a Spanish server. If customer service reads the reviews, let them check the spam mail and contact me.Honest and hard-working people don't have their card details stolen, much less to buy rolls of paper, miserable to say the least.

I would give a zero rating absolutely if it was an option; terrible terrible customer service; have talked to 2 different sales people, Cheryl Brown via email , terrible tone , incomplete inswers and top down look, making you feel you are NOT important at all and they don't welcome your business. Same very poor impression you get calling in. Talked to a lady Brittney , took the call , barey listened to the details of the quote , when asked about shipping and if she could help me finding a shipping company, all she says you have to take care of EVERYTHING... business will not always be booming, I am sure you'll be begging for new customers some day... would definitely recommend against them if you can find another vendor...

Complete ripoff. How do they not tell you that shipping cost is more than the product ANSWER bc they know you wont buy it if they tell you. Such a scam by Cheryl Brown. Read other review that says the same thing.
