I have been buying Winter Gardens salads for years. Up until this year I have had pleasant experiences. Last week I bought a 2lb package of Amish Macaroni salad, and it was awful. The taste was ok, but the noodles were overcooked and mushy (basically were all in chopped up looking pieces and just not good at all). I contacted them by email and got a very curt and careless response back. I was looking for a solution to my waste of money, and what I received was "I'll have QA look into it." It has now been 3 days and I've yet to hear what they have determined. Not at all what I expected from this well established local food company....

Decent food products, but lazy & rude customer service & lackadaisical Management seems to condone continual issues that are very easy to resolve IF anyone cared! Red Beet Eggs Containers ALWAYS LEAK making a irritating messy problem every purchase, the purchase location always states they notified "Winter Gardens (NOT Quality Packaging) Quality Foods" only to be told that is the way it is! The mouthy & rude female we encountered when contacting Winter Gardens Quality Foods would not provide her name but was identified as part of management literally said "If you do not like it do not buy them & hung up on us!" This is the terrible world of consumers do not matter, quite disgusting & scary to deal with! MANAGEMENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO CARE, it values profits over customers!

Moldy product, No response via email. I have been buying your red beet eggs for years now from Giant grocery stores in Selinsgrove, Lewisburg and Williamsport Pa. I have never had an issue until now. Attached are two pictures and as you can see the date is still good yet I have never seen mold growing on eggs before and certainly is now making me question my purchase as my wife, who is mentally handicapped, could have eaten these without knowing.
