I don’t want to leave no stars, but I stopped at the New Oxford location as a walk-in . The waiting room was empty, thinking I was going to walk in and walk back out. No I sat down and waited for the 3 women to stop talking to each other behind the glass window. As I’m waiting, a lady walks in and they take her after waiting for over 5 mins. A man walks in stands and waits. As the lady opens the glass window to take the man, I asked if they still do walk ins. The lady explained to me that they did and you have to stand until they call you up. (All 3 saw me walk in and sit) I said back to the girl “why would I just stand around while you guys continued to talk?” She repeated herself & said you have to stand. I left and went to the UPMC in Hanover by South Hanover Walmart. As soon as I walked in they signed me in, also explained the situation about what happened at the New Oxford location. LOVE the South Hanover location, New Oxford not at all!

Elma from the lab services isn’t a pleasant person to talk to on the phone. I called for X-ray results by mistake and I was greeted rudely then hung up on. Thanks upmc

The self check in kiosk is completely a mistake. People want interaction and may be not feeling well or just simply want to be greeted

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Even though I was in much pain and had difficulty walking due to a foot injury, they took the time to listen and help me every step of the way. Thank you to everyone who helped me!

Was there for a bus physical a few weeks ago. First I had to pay BEFORE the physical. I was treated rudely by my nurse and my examiner. Especially the male examiner. I understand being tired, working long hours, and Covid. That doesn’t give you the right to be rude. I’m 62 and a retired veteran. Also, every time I’ve been there for a physical (the last 3 years) my card was laminated and my form sent to DMV. Not this time. When I brought it up to the male examiner he laughed and said “We don’t do that anymore!”. I know that to be untrue. Your ratings on here aren’t very good. I see why.

This is quite possibly the worst mistake I ever made. Absolutely incompetent. Makes up diagnoses despite evidence to the contrary. Refuses to acknowledge real problems. At one point actually asked me what I think they should do next (if I knew, I wouldn't be paying you!). At one point they decided to chalk it all up to "depression". After I finally had enough of feeling like junk and being unable to sleep or eat for MONTHS and paying thousands of dollars for tests that had nothing to do with my symptoms, I went to a different practice. I am finally on the road to feeling better, after just two office visits to the new practice. My new practice erased the depression from my chart, because I exhibit no symptoms of it. I am not happy with the actual diagnosis I received, of course, but at least I have one, and at least I am now being treated and am able to feel better and hopefully heal completely one day. I developed a rather serious complication and I cannot help but think that it is because the my problem was ignored for so long.

Express care wanting my boyfriend to come in a third time when they couldn’t even do something the first and second time. For an outer ear infection. And can’t even subscribe a antibiotic because they act like it’s a narcotic. All they care about is $$$$ and the second day he comes in Bc he’s in so much pain the one physician didn’t even know he was there the day before.. shouldn’t they check records before seeing your patient? What a joke!

I went here for a muscle spasm and I was in so much pain. They listen to what I had to say and I was there for 45 minutes and felt like 10.

Telling a client to go to the ER instead of treating for symptoms of UTI IS ABSULUTELY reduclucous! Shows is all about the $$$$$! Won't be going back. I'll go to the high dollar ER

I went here for a pre employment drug screen. The entire time there I felt like I was back in high school in the principles office. The staff was stern and had no interpersonal skills. The waiting room was full of folks complaining they'd been waiting an hour or more to be called back and then I experienced my own 90 minute wait. When leaving I realized I saw not one smile or heard one kind word from the staff. No apology for my long wait-nothing! Will not revisit.
