“I was referred by Noah’s auto in Hanover. My engine threw a rod while my car was there being inspected. I have been dealing with Joe and he has been amazing! He is extremely helpful and kind in a nightmare of a situation. I have had to call them multiple times and each time there’s no sense of frustration with me. He even went as far as printing out the recall info on my vehicle/ numbers to call, and gave me insight on what he would do if it were him. They are Trustworthy and knowledgeable. “I use this shop for all of my car and truck work. They are friendly, honest and knowledgable. Pricing similar to most reputable shops. The worst experiences I have had are with dealers. I don't understand that, but it has been my experience.”
“In the area visiting relatives. Needed emergency refill of insulin because I dropped the only vial I had on the hotel bath floor and it broke. Called a couple pharmacies before Sam's with no success. The assistant at Sam's was very patient and helpful. Contacted my pharmacy in Florida and was able to supply me with enough to get me through my visit and the pharmacist filled script with a generic that was $100 less than the doctor prescribed Novolog. Had to pay cash since insurance would not cover the refill so it was much appreciated.”
“I know I need some work done on the car but I need to see with my own eyes what they are talking about. They say I need new rotors all around but in my experience I’ve only heard of the rotors being replaced if they are being ground into and I don’t really think that is the situation here. I intend to get a second opinion and then go from there.”
