Racey Auto Sales Inc. is an OUTSTANDING company! No, I do not work for them in any way. I purchased a 2011 Ford E350 Bucket Van from Carl on the internet and phone. I never went to look at it, never drove it, never touched it until after it was delivered to me just outside of Houston TX. Yes they are located in New Oxford PA. I never have bought a vehicle online, but have heard of the nightmare stories about which I had just done.... It was like brand new!!! spotless!!! Ran perfectly!!! Carl was true to his words! Yes that's right he sells used vehicles and he was honest!!! He is a rare breed! The company is even more rare.... Here is why, I drove the vehicle which by the way had only 23,000 miles on it, for about a week and noticed a drivetrain issue with it.. Well as you might expect as soon as I took it to the mechanic the a/c stopped working... I thought it might be the transmission, so I called Carl to see if he noticed any problems with it.. He said no, let me know what it is... I did not expect him to do anything about it, i just wanted to know if he had any problems with it. The a/c thing was just the blower relay, that just so happened to act up at the mechanics place. Always happens that way huh. Well the mechanic looked at it and said it was a wheel bearing, but he neded to pull the axle to fix it. Oh great. glad it was not the trans. Well $300 later good as new. I thought I would let Carl know it was not the trans. to ease his mind. He turned right around an sent me a check for $300!!! I was not asking for that, i just wanted to let him know it was not the trans. WOW thats a great company! Doing something just because it was the right thing to do... They surely did not have to send me anything! So if you are looking for a 5 star company for a Bucket Truck, Racey Auto Sales Is a 10 STAR!!! They are truly OUTSTANDING!!! THEY WENT ABOVE AND WAY BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS...

Bought a truck off them been very happy with the service they provide. Had an issue after driving it off the lot and they paid for someone else to repair. Truck was as-is, they could have said sorry but you are on your own. They didnt. Definently do business with again!

They have a good reputation so that is why I bought my bucket truck there. We had a few small issues with the truck a few days after we bought it. They came to my shop and picked up the truck. Repaired it and delivered it back at no charge. Very happy with them.

Carl and the guys are great people to deal with and really stand by there equipment the refurbish We purchased a 2002 fully refurbished bucket truck from a Racey for our Electrical Contracting Company and couldn't be happier with it.
