I can't remember the tellers name that helped me, maybe LaDonna? But she was very friendly and helpful. I don't typically visit branches, as I'm usually able to do everything online or at the ATM, but my experience with such a friendly face definitely makes it easier to visit a branch when the need presents!

I've been banking with PNC for several years. Recently I decided to go to them to refinance my vehicle. I went in on a Saturday and met with one of the finance personnel and submitted an application. The rep stated she would be in contact with me no later than Monday. Monday rolls around.. Tuesday rolls around and then Wednesday, I called and left a message on the reps voicemail. Thursday afternoon rolls around and no response so I decide to call main number of the bank and ask for her however she was unavailable but I left a message with another rep. Friday rolls around and I am baffled that I haven't heard anything or that my phone calls haven't been returned. I would have appreciated at least a call to say hey this is where we are in the process. So I decided to call and I spoke with a lovely lady named Shawna, she pulled up my account and let me know my application was denied because my vehicle has too many miles. I was not mad at all because I drive a long distance to work so that understandable. She provided me with other options and I truly appreciated that also apologized that I wasn't contacted about the outcome or returned phone calls... This information may be TMI but I wanted to share my full story so it didn't seem as if I was just an angry customer who was declined a loan because that is not at all the case. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of follow through. Almost leaves the impression that I was put on the back burner since they weren't going to be making money of me..
