“I love the selection of food you can find here! If you're on a special diet that excludes ingredients (gluten, dairy, peanuts, etc) they have special isles for those types of issues! I also like a clean store to shop in and this location is clean!”

My only criticism is how your store is collecting plastic bags to recycle.
It's disorganized.
You got people throwing trash, ?️ etc.
In with the plastic bags.
You can't mix the recycling.
Plastic bags should go into one or two marked containers.
Trash, garbage should be put into a trash can.
Aluminum cans, or plastic bottles can be recycled into their own containers.
Your Giant store in Dillsburg does it right.
Wegmans and Weis does it correctly.
Your customers do notice.
Many people take recycling seriously.

“It's a great location. Employees mean well. I can understand it can be frustrating with having to deal with customers that give them a rude attitude or tone (most of the time its not the employee's fault). If you have a happy, positive attitude, then these employees are very welcoming.Treat others the way you want to be treated. It goes a long way.”
“This is a nice and friendly place. They sell a lot of stuff you would find in a typical drug store. I ended up going there because I needed to get a prescription drug for my dog and these corporate pharmacies won't always fill prescriptions from a veterinarian hospital.”

Called a couple pharmacies before Sam's with no success. The assistant at Sam's was very patient and helpful. Contacted my pharmacy in Florida and was able to supply me with enough to get me through my visit and the pharmacist filled script with a generic that was $100 less than the doctor prescribed Novolog. Had to pay cash since insurance would not cover the refill so it was much appreciated.”
“Nice clean store with a great location for locals and for the number of camp sites in the area. Good prices and a really nice variety of stuff. So e items were difficult to find without asking for help but all in all I wish this store was in my local town and not the Kennies market we have.”

“I want to give a personal shout out to Chris and Jill! Those ladies really know their job :) Both are very pleasant, caring and have great personalities for customer service! I have upgraded to a plus membership, visit the club more than 4 times a month and also have a Sams credit card. Each time I am there I enjoy seeing these ladies. Only downside to visiting these clubs is the solicitors trying to sell you something while you walk throughout the store. I don't want to be approached or bothered while I am shopping. There are parts of the club I will specifically avoid just so I do not have to get held up by them. Would be 5 stars if not for the hecklers.. sorry.”
“This rite aid has THE MOST personality in terms of it's employees and I love it! I'm always greeted with smiles at the door, and although the pharmacist Robert can be a tad snippy at times- he works harder than anybody I know and does a great job at the same time. The place can be a madhouse and he handles it with ease- Thank YoU!!”
“I am always greeted with a smile and my prescriptions are always ready quickly. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and friendly. I always find other products that are handy while I am waiting. It is a great go to for many over the counter medications at reasonable prices.”

“The employees are very friendly and helpful. I have shopped here for many, many years. I have one very large complaint at this time which is EVEN THOUGH THE LAW IN PENNSYLVANIA REQUIRES A MASK, PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN THE STORE WITHOUT ONE. I had a situation yesterday when two people paraded thru the store with masks and I asked where their masks were and I was cursed. PLEASE!!”

“I was truly impressed on how much effort the pharmacist Ernest invested in our time of need. After moving from North Carolina to Pennsylvania my family's insurance lapsed due to moving out of state. Ernest put quite a bit of time catering to our situation, and the fact that my son whom has aspergers could not get his meds. I was very comforted by the fact that we had found a pharmacy that had our well being at heart. Ernest then used his expertise to figure out a course of action, getting my son his meds, and earning my appreciation and trust. I know many enterprises will tell the populace they have one's well being at heart, but lalslows truly does. Also the counter staff are much more personable than large pharmacy chains.”
