I was mildly disappointed with my hair and the application but beyond Disgusted with the conversation the staff was having with another client.-No one was wearing a mask, except for my stylist and she wore it not covering her nose the entire time.-They missed a spot right in the front see picture-I asked for layers and there were no layers put in what so ever. I don't even think she knew how to point cut so the end wasn't a blunt line.-I had to ask her to remove the dye from my forehead and ears. I had to purchase my own dye remover on the way home to remove it. My ears were grey and there was dye all over my forehead, neck, even on my hands and phone. (The stylist walked away with my phone and I had to ask her to return it. She touched it with her glove and got dye on it before asking another stylist to hand it to me.)-The conversation with another client right next to me was appalling. It was homophobic, transphobic, sexist and just plan disrespectful. I couldn't believe the stylist who I believe was the owner would be so hateful in front of her clients. This is the main reason I will never be returning.

I have been getting my hair done at Kim's hair salon for the past 12 years. I have moved out of Hanover but I like the atmosphere and the people, so I continue to travel a little further just to see my hair stylist Tammy. The only negative thing I can say is to advise people there are two dogs in the salon. Laney a girl dog is a large pet, she is so laid-back and loves to have a little pet now and then. Callie is a small short-haired, I believe she is a terrier that can try your patience some days with her barking. I love dogs so I am very patient. Give them a try and I know they will welcome you with open arms and they're so good to all their clients.

Best in area. Very kind, accommodating friendly and professional. I've never been this happy with a stylist. I love how Kim styles and cuts my hair.

Kim is amazing at what she does. I have never left there unhappy except for one time and she warned me that what I wanted done, I would not like! She forms a personal relationship with you so that she can better give an honest opinion. She is the only person I allow to touch my hair!
