Thank you, DANNY!!! For saving the day for us! The keys got locked in the car on my fiancé's lunch break, and we caught him on his way home for the day. He came and found the car in his work parking lot and took care of it for us, you are amazing and we couldn't thank you enough for going out of your way!!! Give Danny a raise!!!!

I called AAA for a tow to get my jeep repaired, the man that showed up was so nice and professional that I had him take it back to their shop instead of where I was planning to send it. It was done in a few hours and with a reasonable charge. Will use then from now on for everything I need.

I had great customer service, fairly quick response time, in my car was handled with care. It's easy to give bad reviews to other places but I wanted to give a positive review because I had a positive experience.

Went to leave for work this morning, my oil light was on and stayed on. Went back in to my apartment got on my State Farm app, arranged for a tow to Firestone.
Steve was there in less than an hour. He was great!!! Pleasant and friendly. Had my car loaded onto his truck within minutes. After chatting for a few minutes he left to take my car to Firestone.
Excellent service and Steve is great asset to your company!!

Called for over an HOUR and no one picked up the phone. Just my luck that my car would be towed by the worst tow company in the area! Open 24 hours but can't answer a phone to find out where my car even is.
Edit: to clarify; my car was towed at 11am, I called three and half hours later, I called 12 times in 18 minutes with no response. I immediately got a call back after leaving this review, I was told "they don't normally call people back" and was given attitude like I didn't even deserve to know where my property was just because I was upset.

Do not work for this place the pay is not worth it. Work 60 plus hours a week and you might see a 700 dollar paycheck unless your family. I worked the week of Thanksgiving brought home a whopping 140 dollars. Your talked to like an idiot beyond unprofessional so if you have the skills I suggest go elsewhere.

We contacted James after my car broke down and he was there quicker than I could have anticipated. He was patient and careful with my car (which I was nervous about giving that I drive a Firebird) but he was so kind and professional. Will definitely be reaching out again when I need help :)

These clowns wouldn't help me open a car. Worthless idiots who work for AAA. I cancelled my AAA membership because of the horrible service I received. If I could give less than a full star I would.

101 Degrees and this company has a employee running for 12 hours with ZERO AC in his truck . Not only is it unacceptable for the employee but for any paying passengers they may ride with their vehicle! A employee sitting in his truck for 12 hours with no AC and only making commission off of the 1-3 ( IF HE IS LUCKY) calls for 12 hours is Absolutely ridiculous!! They make drivers do out of state calls when their Trucks are not registered to do transports out of PA, putting the driver at risk of fines. James & Anna are the owners of this poorly ran company . James is ignorant on many levels to his staff ; speaks to them like they are beneath him and treats them as if they are uneducated. My significant other stuck it out for several months too long before taking his More than Superb Work ethic , Generous and kind nature to a Tow Company that Respects him, Appreciates him and provides him with a more than adequate Truck and equipment to serve our community!WORD OF MOUTH GOES A LONG WAY IN A SMALL COMMUNITY
