“Overall, the experience was good. However, the clerk tends to combine its together by department rather than scanning things individually, which makes it very difficult to check your receipts. Same clerk, doing the same thing, put items in wrong category before, and I was told I had to stand in a long line to have it corrected. I complained because #1 this was a clerical error, and #2 it was before Christmas, and there were at least 10 people in line already. The manager did finally offer to correct the issue at another register, so I didn't have to stand in line. These issues have never happened at other Hobby Lobby stores I've gone to, only the Hanover, Pa store.”
“The cheese & balsamic pairing was amazing! The staff was helpful and full of knowledge! And Darby in her Victorian outfit was the most adorable! From the moment you walk in the environment is welcoming and you feel like you are walking Into a place of your own. May I suggest the smoked Colby cheese paired with the jalapeño mango white balsamic.Thanks ladies for a great afternoon.”

“This is a fine place to head to for craft/art project supplies. They have a good variety of items. Sometimes it hit or miss, or a price is a little out of my budget, but other than that it's perfect. It's really the only local craft store in Hanover that I know of. They also have an app with coupon, which I do use as much as I can!They also seem to always be running some kind of deal or discount on some items. The staff have always been friendly and helpful if you need. It's definitely a great place to go.”

“Lovely place, nice prices, so on so on. But, Doug the Betta caught my attention. He was absolutely lovely, however his bowl was not. Reminder to everyone, Bettas need at least 5 gallons, a heater, and a filter. ?”
