I personally can not emphasize how upset am due to an interaction with one of the cashiers, just because I didn’t have anything a bill smaller than a 20 dollar bill. Then notice that the cashier worded to another employee that “ I was stupid” acting like I did not notice. That behavior is absolutely disgusting. I truly hope the employee gets what she deserves for that behavior because I am not the type to say something back.

This is by far the nicest dollar store I’ve ever walked into. Very clean and well organized with no clutter in the nice wide aisles
The staff is very helpful and very nice-just walk in and ask if they have something and they’ll bring you right to it

I appreciate how clean and organized this store is. It's evident the staff work hard to keep everything neat and tidy. Wendy, whom I believe is the manager, is awesome! She's personable and has helped me several times with a smile. I pass by 2 other DT's going to this store because it's the best experience I've had in any DT.

Worst customer service ever! Clearly poorly trained or ignorant staff. An effort to return a product, with receipt AND original payment method was flat out refused for anything but an exchange, corporate policy, clearly indicated on the corporate website indicates OR a refund to the original payment method. Buyer beware! If you buy the wrong item you are stuck with it or can exchange it for junk you do not need!! This was the NEW Oxford location

Always love Dollar Tree but the New Oxford location is one of the better ones. The store is large and clean so they always have a great selection!
