The service that I got from the Bermejo family was more than I could have expected, Jesus and Elissa were both very friendly and they even stayed open late to help me with the paper work and to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand ,I had never had a car loan before, They were very patient and didn't make me feel rushed. I would recommend Bermejo Auto Sales to any one.

my boyfriend bought a truck from bermejo and was told that the truck is in great condition and there are no issues. not even a month of having it, he was having issues with the exhaust. he replaced it and paid for it out of pocket, knowing the issues would cause it to fail maryland inspection. he went to get it inspected and it failed because of various issues, including a cracked windshield, which he paid to be replaced himself. bermejo had told him that the truck passed inspection before selling it to him, but clearly it did not. he went to them to tell them they need to pay for the cost of repairs and they argued it, saying they had zero knowledge of the issues. they ended up giving him less than half of the payment, leaving him having to pay for over half out of his pocket. they are untrustworthy, cheap, and i don't suggest wasting your time buying a vehicle from them, unless you want to run into countless issues that will cost you money from your own pocket.

Me and my wife just purchased a suv from them they were very professional and really did a wonderful job with helping us find and get us in a vehicle we are happy with I highly recommend them I plan on using them for future purchases
