Just bought 2 BLT subs with extra meat for dinner. When I got home and we opened them up, the rolls were so stale that they crumbled in the process of making them. They disintegrated when we tried to handle them. I was embarrassed to have brought something home like that for dinner. If you are so hard up that you will serve rolls like that to your customers, then you should not be in the sub business. I paid $29.64 for 2 suds that should have been thrown in the garbage before they were ever given to any customer.

The employees at Pump N Pantry are rude and condescending. My ATM card was stuck in the machine and it took two hours for them to retrieve it. The area manager Joan was also obnoxious and belligerent , as she called me darling.I told her I am not your darling. Once she retrieved my ATM card she said the following “Now you can get out of my store.”

Fix your pumps or cone them off. Done coming here to fuel my work vehicle twice a day. Between the pumps and the 1 worker that just doesn't care about anything I always seem to run into. I can't be the only one complaining about that long haired guy. Ridiculous.

I thought it was weird that it took a gallon more than usual to fill my tank. I'm not a scientist but the sticker says September 2021. It's May '23 at the time of review. Just a little sus. Good gas station though. Clean bathroom, full stock in the store.

The store is never stocked the pizza is never cooked, I rather drive to Scranton to buy jersey mikes than buy your food and the customer service is awful. Your management is rude and has over charged me on a number of occasions using my coupon for subs which are not worth the money. Seriously disappointed ? your lucky I’m giving one star because you don’t even deserve that!!!

The whole store has only one good worker and she is Margaret she is clearly the only one with a head on her shoulder???? the other workers including the managers have no clue about keeping the beer shelves stocked or make sandwiches when Marge is making the sandwich its going to be a good sandwich ???

Pizza is never fully cooked. The dough is literally still doughy. We have a running joke between friends that you better preheat your oven before picking up your pizza if you order from them. After multiple chances to get food orders correct, they still(over many months time) continue to get orders incorrect, add items that weren't asked for or not including items that were paid for. Thankfully you don't need them for pumping your gas. I'm generally a very nice person and give people more than once chance but after many many chances, failed.. I don't think I'll be returning for food.
