These guys are the best. Jalapeño popper sticks are the absolute best. Had sticks done at a lot of different places through the years and they are the best. One of the few places that took care of my bear. Cape and process.

They do a nice job but I ordered 15 pounds and paid for 15 pounds of bologna and only got 12. When I questioned them I was told it dried out to 12 pounds. That doesn’t make sense to me

Chris and the crew over at Potteiger’s have been the best !! I have continuously have used them, and can’t say enough about the ease, cleanliness, and finished product !! I will bring the jalapeño popper sticks and bologna to work, and without fail, I’ve gotten a least a dozen offers to buy bags of meat … I like to share, but not selling this fine product !! Do yourself a favor, and try this place … You won’t be disappointed !!

Not recommended for deer processing. They prefer to grind deer into hamburg. No shoulder roasts.Smoking process is limited to chipped. No hams. In the end, they work to their convenience and desires rather than customers.

Shot a deer and took some time to load it ..made a call. Little after 7:00 pm to see how long they where open..they said 7:00 but will wait ..that's what you call customer satisfaction. And thank you for waiting
