The facility is impeccable, employees great. My salesman Nick Fogelsanger came in on his day off to complete the process. My car was waiting in pristine condition. My complete time there wasn't more than an hour . It would of been shorter but a tech spent as much time as I needed setting up and explaining the vehicle for me.”

“I have been taking my vehicles to Sam & Jerry's for 40 years. First Jerry, then Mike and for the last number of years, Matt have provided prompt, courteous and economical advis advice and service. My most recent need for service came on the eve of a long trip. Despite being fully booked, Matt made the effort to get my car in the shop and address and resolve the various issues. I knew that even if he could not make all of the necessary repairs that he would explain what was needed so that I would not victimized by another repair shop at my destination. I cannot say enough about Matt and I recommend him whenever I get the chance”

“I called Major's Select Collision at the instruction of a Maryland collision center where I had work completed in 2021. Brianna was so helpful and worked with me to find a convenient time for me to bring my vehicle in during my graduate school winter break. They were very kind about honoring the lifetime warranty on the work completed at at their sister facility. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. It turns out that the technician who installed the replacement rear door accidentally activated the manual child safety lock, preventing the door from operating properly. The waiting room was exceptionally clean, especially considering that this type of business involves a lot of messy liquids. I cannot comment on the cost or value of service, but I can say that the customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate to return in the future with any issues.”

They made the entire process, from quote to repair to pick-up, extremely easy. They handled everything payment-wise through the other driver's insurance company. The actual repair took less than 2 days, but it looks brand new. They also gave my car a good cleaning which was much appreciated!”

“I deal with this location often and regardless of who is working the counter it's always a pleasant experience. I don't know how they find half the stuff I go on there looking for! This location is also the warehouse so it's your best odds of walking out of there with the part in hand, as most everything I work on is 25 years old. They even have some parts for rigs.”
