I appreciate the dedication and hard work of the staff at this USPS location, particularly the employee who consistently manages the service counter. Each time I visit, which isn’t very often, I am impressed by his efficiency and professionalism, despite the clear challenges he faces. Unfortunately, it seems he is tasked with handling the workload meant for two people, leading to significant wait times for customers.
On my visits, I’ve regularly encountered long lines, often requiring 20-30 minutes just to ship a simple package. Given the high cost of shipping, I believe it would be beneficial for the USPS to consider staffing this location appropriately. Hiring an additional employee to assist with the workload would not only alleviate the pressure on the current staff but also enhance the customer experience significantly.
It’s concerning to see a single employee shouldering such a heavy burden, a situation that feels all too common in government-run establishments. This not only impacts the employee but also leads to a less efficient service for us, the customers. I hope to see positive changes in the future that address these staffing issues for the betterment of both the employees and the customers they serve.

Packages get lost, never know if they’re here or new Ken. Packages aren’t delivered randomly, not just because of weather. Driver leaves packages on a busy road instead of bringing them to the house. Christmas gifts were left at the post office with no slip to me that they were there. Friends and family never received Christmas cards & they weren’t returned to me.

The older gentleman who works the counter is great! Very helpful and attentive to your needs. Highly recommend seeing him.

Just went there. Lady was extremely rude while talking to me. I just wanted to know if my package was there and if I could pick it up but she got an attitude with me and told me it was at the natrona heights one. I said I called them but it gave me an automated message. She stuck up her finger to I guess get me to be quiet and said 'NO. you have to call the right number' she was also extremely rude telling Me I needed to change my address even though I said I was already in the middle of that. Gave me dirty looks too. I just got off work and was just trying g to be nice by asking about it bc it's something very dear to me that I was supposed to get shipped but she was just so rude
