Jimmy does a great job on acrylic nails and pedicures. Rose is a sweet lady. I would definitely recommend this nail shop in Lower Burrell.

Not only did I just get the best pedicure I've ever had in my life, but Rose is honestly the most softspoken, most kind human I've ever talked to. What a sweet angel! Salon is very clean and it's just her and her husband there. Both great people. So happy I found this cute little place!

received a manicure, the women kept pressuring me to get pedicure. i went back a couple weeks later to get pedicure and she tried pressuring to get manicure. my manicure lasted maybe a week and my pedicure maybe 2 weeks. Not very busy but you must name an appointment; seems like they don't like walk-ins. Not sure how they stay in business.

My mother bought me a gift certificate for my birthday in October 22 and we finally got together to go to the salon. I don't live in the area so we set a time when we could get together. Unbeknownst to me there was an expiration date 6 months from issuance. So after pedicure went to pay and the owner REFUSED to take the gift certificate. I've researched gift cards/ certificate laws and this is in violation of PA laws on gift cards. I showed her and she refused to read the info I was showing her. She said she's been doing this for 18 years. I asked did she has legal guidance on her practices and she said she just Googled it. I'm not sure where she got her info. She said she couldn't honor the gift certificate and I replied since she is the owner she could. Keep in mind my mother is a customer of hers and is the one who bought the GC. She still refused. She was very rude and wouldn't even read the info pertaining to PA laws. So she lost my mom and the rest of the local family members. This was an example of poor customer service. Also the massage chairs didn't work and she had no business when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon. That should have been a clue. It's very surprising someone runs a business like this. I'm considering going to the BBB to report as well.

I received gift cards from here...cards that were purchased for me as gifts, they were "expired"... they give you one year from purchase date to use and will not honor. Covid hit, and places were closed and they still won't honor them. My husband went in to ask if they would still honor these and they said they will not. He made a significant purchase. I used to purchase certificates for multiple family members from her but I will no longer. By the way...,Emily's nails down the street is kind enough to honor "expired" gift cards.Service: Pedicure

I wish I could leave a zero star rating. I just left this salon with not one person in the establishment. The guy looked at my nails and said we don’t do that here… I have gel/shellac on my nails which I have previously received from this same salon. When I mentioned that he pulled me up a chair and when I went to sit down he tried to force a face mask on me. I told the guy that I was not required to wear one before and asked if he wanted to not do my nails and for me to leave which he said yes. Do. Not. Patronize. This. Business.

Googled a salon near me and Rose Nail Salon popped up! I gave them a call, and asked if they do gel pedicures. They did, I walked right in, and was pleasantly greeted by a kind gentleman. I was immediately taken back to a pedicure chair that massaged, and had a great pedicure. The man doing my pedicure was professional, gentle, and particular, which I appreciate. Terrible customer service. Almost zero color choices and of those only a few are actually professional nail polish. They use dollar store polish and have the nerve to charge MORE than nearby competitors. SAVE YOUR COINS LADIES. PASS THEM RIGHT UP AND GO DOWN THE STREET!!
