Usually difficult to locate veins-but the last 4 times each phlebotomist did without pain. Very friendly. I always make appointment and have no wait time.

Both ladies that assisted my 18 month old Lucy were amazing. Tears were shed.. it's hard watching your baby go through this but they both were very professional and did their best to keep myself and Lucy as calm as they could. Thank you both!
