I just wanted to say I called 2 hours before closing time. Requested a same day delivery an I didn’t know what to get so just asked for them to make it nice. The driver had to be called in for just my delivery a they said they would do it. The arrangement showed up a better than I had ever thought it would look like just gorgeous. Thank you to the staff that made this possible especially on such short notice. My sister loved them. Would suggest this place to anyone who needed flowers.

I ordered an arrangement and the one that was delivered was beautiful. Flowers were fresh and arrangement was full, artfully arranged and delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it contained a color that the receiver dislikes and it was not mentioned in the preview. I contacted the florist and they immediately corrected the mistake- sending a gorgeous bouquet with spectacular flowers to replace the former one. I applaud their beautiful flowers, artful arrangements and their Beyoncé excellent customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend this florist for the quality of their work, their responsiveness and A+ customer service. If I could give more stars, I certainly would!

I live in Virginia. My daughter lives in New Kensington. I contacted New Kensington Floral to arrange to have a variety of 40 pink flowers delivered to my daughter for her 40th birthday. They were very helpful and worked with me on the day and time for delivery. The arrangement was beautiful. Thank you so much.

Ordered a $50.00 dish garden, and ask to have a tapered candle placed in it. Ask what it would be like, was told it would be a 6 inch dish garden. Imagine my surprise when sat the funeral home, my 6 inch dish garden was a crappy 4 inch wicker like container with a chunky battery candle!!!! My credit card was charged 74.00!!! I ask to have the owner call me, but yet another “could care less” employee called and had no answers for me. Just an oh well attitude. To to it off, my name was wrong!!! Oh well, will tell everyone I know to NOT use this so called florist.

Every time I go there the women are so nice very nice they treat me very good I guess you can play the lottery there if you're looking to know that but every time I go to get flowers they have exactly what I want if I'm confused about what I need or what I want the ladies that work there are very willing to help figure out what you want again people treat the people the way you want to be treated
