I'm stupid, and lost the fuel cap for one of our forklifts at my job. Showed up to Napa, again like an idiot, without even a spare, and the very kind gentleman at this location did everything they could think to do to help me out. My brain cells finally decided to fire, and I went and got a cap to have as a reference for them off our second forklift. I was there for awhile, but as it was an odd request, I can not blame them for that whatsoever. Great Napa location with great employees. Can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he wanted to make damn sure I got the right one, and put the effort into doing so! Will definitely be back when needed ?

Best place to buy parts around. Very helpful and friendly staff. I was looking for a tool it was a e socket that was large for a Jeep that no one else around sold not even in a kit and thankfully this place sold it and it was cheap!
