The customer service was unbelievable -- I am from out of state getting a piece of jewelry fixed for my grandmother in PA, and the owner not only ordered parts to fix the piece, but personally made sure that she received it. The antique watch looks just as great as it did when she bought it decades ago. We will be back!”

“Everyone at Seita is wonderful to work with and made the process so easy for us. My fiance went there for a band/setting for my heirloom diamond and was able to create an absolutely gorgeous, perfect engagement ring. We went back together to choose wedding bands and found exactly what we wanted very quickly. Getting everything sized was a smooth process, the rings came in quickly and are absolutely stunning. When I picked up our bands, I decided to order a watch that my husband had been eyeing up during our last visit for his wedding gift. When I went to pick up the watch, it was faulty (manufacturer's issue, nothing to do with Seita) and we only had two weeks until our big day. Seita went above and beyond, and got a brand new watch for us within just a few days so that we could pick it up in time for the wedding. The watch is absolutely gorgeous and looked great on him with his suit. All of the employees at Seita are so helpful and kind, I would absolutely recommend Seita for your wedding jewelry and they have a beautiful selection of fine jewelry as well.”

“So pleasantly surprised with my experience! I had never done any type of gold selling before and had no idea what to expect. I chose this place because my husband and I got our wedding rings at Mock & Co which is on the top floor of the same building and I'm so glad I did! The gentleman that helped me (I apologize I didn't get his name) was so friendly and courteous. He didn't make me feel bad for some of my junk that I brought in and showed me the process of how they determine what's "real" or not and then how it's valued. I was hoping for 20 bucks- I got $450!!!!! Shocked! He even gave me the advice of not saying you don't know what you're doing, as some places could rip you off. But he took the time to show me how he got that number and it was the full trade value. I'll be recommending this business to anyone looking to sell gold!”

I get it. There are plenty of sales racks and sales and good values to be found. Good selection of scents, shoes, and clothing for men and women.”

She helped me select a pair of earrings to add to my wishlist at JDJ when I dropped off my watch, and let me know when I picked up my watch the cost had gone down a little bit.I have no complaints about the repair or cost of my watch, the work was done about two weeks before promised and it is running great!I would recommend anyone who is looking for new or estate jewelry as well as watch repair to stop into JDJ as I know you will also be pleased!”
