I walked in to do some shopping. I ended up getting more than what was needed. My experience wasn't spectacular! As I was waiting to get checked out, a lady come over and rings the bell. Tells me that someone will be over shortly, then mutters something under her breathe. That pissed me off and made me not want to come back.

I bought a few items and also a lighter, for some reason the lighter want put in my bag, nor do the cashier inform me it wasn't put in my bag, nor when I walked out that it was on the counter. The cashier let me walk out without saying ur lighter isn't in ur bag. I didn't then realized I didn't have it until I was home. I tried to call and ask about it. The number go straight to a busy signal. So then I reached out to a cashier that work there, and she had told me that if I can make it there in 10 minutes before they close I could get it if not I could come when her shift starts tomorrow but if I don't get it before they close she doesn't know what to tell me. How did I pay for something and if I don't come by a certain time you don't know what to tell me.

FD Drivers: Back door is a dock located on 8th St. You can get there 2 ways, either right on 8th and back into the back lot or go up to 9th, turn right, turn right on 4th, turn right on 8th blind side from that side. There's a lot of space back there. Their dock is the closest one to the building (of the bay doors straight back)

Carts always in the rows, workers always swearing and smoking in front of the door's. They even have the door's open and let the smoke go in the store. Half the time, it's closed due to different reasons all the time. Almost all the workers talk rudely about customers or other workers. Things are, if not all the time, but most of the time, are priced wrong.

First of all, the cashier is a sweetheart, and while I was shopping/ checking out, I noticed that everyone that came into the store, she knew them all by name. Nowadays, it seems like it is hard to come by someone who is as kind as she is & it made my day to see that. As for the store, it isn't bad! They had everything I needed & anything they didn't have, they had good alternatives. I have nothing bad to say about the store!

This family Dollar doesn't know how the truth are employees. They close close like 11 minutes to an hour early that never puts anything on the door saying why

Called the store on 8/13/2023 at 3:00PM, and asked the male team member if he can look to see if they have something I was looking for, and he said yes, and put me on hold, and did not get back on the phone for 10 minutes, and when he did, he said "sorry, I am going to look for you now, I had to finish checking out a customer. and I waited another 10 minutes and he never got back on the phone, and during that time, I could hear him talking to other people in the store. Terrible training and service.
