I have to go to this CVS for a family member. They have been going there since it was Silverman's. Worst customer service and the pharmacy is horrible. I swear they get the most unfriendly people to work the pharmacy. I never go except for families prescriptions. Bad owners make bad managers make bad employees.

I had to have some prescriptions transferred on an emergency basis. I spoke with the tech on the phone to arrange for the transfer, providing them with all the information for my usual pharmacy, including their closing time, to ensure they could complete the transfer. She indicated that they would call me if anything came up, but that I should expect them to be ready at 7:20. Drove to the store, where the pharmacist told me he had attempted to call my pharmacy for the transfer but “they were busy,” so he didn’t stay on the phone to complete this prior to their closing. He apologized and owned the mistake, then took my insurance cards to ensure they’d be in the system when I came to pick my meds up the next morning. Fast forward to the next day…I wait in line for over 20 minutes for my prescriptions only for the tech to say they need to get my insurance cards AGAIN because he didn’t actually enter them and it will take another 15 minutes to re-bill, so I’ll need to come back.
This place has wasted well over an hour of my time with bad service, not to mention left me without the prescriptions I need for life-threatening illnesses due to an apparent carelessness and lack of follow-through.

Let me just say this is the absolute worst CVS and Sue the short lady that’s the manager there with long hair is so rude and snippy every time I go in the store. She thinks just because a have health savings account credit card it’s a government issued card! I pay for all my benefits and I have a job! I spend so much money there but not no more today was the last straw. I feel like when you go in the store me ask the customers are inconvenience to them. We’re so sorry we’re shopping there and giving your company business they don’t treat their customers like customers I’m going to Walgreens will never step in that store…. And she acts like the card is all government issued money. No rude lady. See ya. Oh by the way. Ended my CVS care monthly charge. That’s a bogus and terrible program. Do yourself a favor and and that too. See you at Walgreens.

Wife stopped by to pick up our scripts. They were all ordered a couple days prior except 1. When she got there they didn’t have them ready and tried saying that they don’t have anything on them. The one pill I needed was for my heart and I was out. Well guess what wife had 7 scripts and they tried to over charge her by $70. And mine wasn’t ready. They said they will get it ready right now but she should come in instead of waiting in the drive thru, so she did. She waited about 20 minutes before it was ready. She paid for all the scripts and grabbed the bag and came home. When she got home she noticed mine was not there. Great!!!!!! 20 minutes till closing. I called them and they said no they’re not rung up they are here on the shelf. Wife was fuming and she ran out the house leaving her dinner to turn cold ran down again to pickup my meds. We are DONE WITH CVS. Close all the CVS’s , they give no respect to the customer and when they make errors they just brush them off and put it on the shelf. We will be pulling all of our prescriptions out of CVS and take them to Giant Eagle. Rant over, thank you for reading.

I actually refused to go into this store, but under emergency circumstances I had to……I wish I could remember his name but this was the best cvs experience ever! Customer service was amazing ? not rude, snappy or overworked as usual…. He even helped me set up my Apple Pay! And continued to treat the next customer with the same respect ✊ thank you very much!!!! ✊✊???
