I've been with cricket for 15yrs a quality service at discount prices. I would give them 5 stars but phone chargers are no longer sold with the phone you must buy separately but I think this is manufacturer related makes no sense to me

I have had Cricket for years. My husband and I pay $90 a month. I was having problems with my service because I was losing my data by the end of the month. A wonderful gentleman named Christian helped me. He said that my plan was outdated and he gave me a new one for the same price Unlimited, WOW! I was so impressed with his help that I decided to look for a new phone for my husband. I chose one,and Christian said the internet works a lot faster on that one compared to mine. So I purchased it for $275, no extra cost and I waited one month to see if I have any problems with anything and everything is just great! Thank You Christian and I will be back to see you if I need a new phone or have any problems.

I go every month to pay for my phone services. The price is not bad. But I don't like the $4.00 charge for paying in the store. Just because I don't pay online. It's being penalized. But I guess they have to make money to keep the store open.

Excellent experience. Two terrific guys, Christian and Craig(?) Very knowledgeable and patient with their help towards me. I personally will not go to any other Cricket store.P.S. besides, they're real close to a good Mexican restaurant.
