I had very good customer service when switching from T-Mobile. The new phone is better, less per month, and has greater coverage.

I've been with cricket for 15yrs a quality service at discount prices. I would give them 5 stars but phone chargers are no longer sold with the phone you must buy separately but I think this is manufacturer related makes no sense to me
