“On March 7, 2023, I visited my local Busy Beaver store in Castle Shannon. I should say here that I have never had a bad experience in this store. The representatives have always been helpful, friendly, and professional.On March 7, my cashier was Meegan and she asked if I would need help loading the 4 bags of potting soil I bought on sale. I said, "No, I'd be fine," thanked her and left. When I backed up my car to the stack of potting soil, there was Meegan standing there waving at me. She joked, "I don't listen well" and helped me load the bags in the car. “I got everything I needed today and it was great. But just seems like there are always a ton of people working and you can't find someone when you need them. And there are never enough check out stations open. We shop here at least twice a month. And anytime you ask the staff for help, they drop what they are doing and help ... love that! Open more lanes and you'd be a 5 star every day!”
