Much better this time than last. Last time the counter person spoke no English. None. And I'm not a boomer whining about her accent, she could not speak English. Average of two visits = 3 and I'm being generous there.

Guy tried to charge me $205 for internet kit. Went to the one in New Kensington and he charged me $80. This particular store seems to price gouge. Also will be reporting those practices to the BBB.

Went in and got phone switched over from old G3 flip phone to a new one. Was very quick. There’s a minimum $10 a month plan but if you pay for a full year it’s only $100. Service was great. He’s very nice and knows his stuff.
