Great friendly RV / Trailer service. Joe was honest and up front with pricing and time line. Got us all fixed up and inspected. Why go to RV dealers service depts when Joe @ Bigfoot can take care of you & your rig!
Thank you

Great place to get work done on a camper. The staff was very knowledgeable and even gave me a few words of advice which I greatly appreciated as I am new to camping with an RV. They got the work done quickly (dropped it off the night prior and it was done the next day by lunch time!) and charged a reasonable price while being responsive and respectful the entire time. I would recommend them for any of your off-road as well as RV needs. I got the RV inspected there as well as a fix on the AC unit.

I took the RV camping for the first time this year, and when I hooked up the water there was a significant leak from somewhere downstream from the city water hookup. This had supposedly been fixed when we last had the RV serviced. We contacted the business that had performed the service and the earliest they could see us was late August( over 2 months away...it would really put a crimp in our summer camping plans). We called Big Foot on a Thursday, and I was camping until Sunday, and they said drop it off Monday and leave the keys. They called midday Tuesday saying it was ready for pickup. When I picked up the trailer, the proprietor presented me with the old part causing the leak, which failed due to dry rot. I also had an inspection done since I was due in July. So, with the inspection, the replacement part for the water leak, and replacement of a defective 7 way plug used to power the lights on the trailer from the tow vehicle, the bill was a very reasonable $341. Big foot charged $125/hr for labor. Previous place charged significantly more. Big Foot was responsive, flexible, fast, and reasonably priced.

Got 4 nissan altima wheels installed, tpms swapped, wheels balanced, everything looks great. Pro Trucks wanted $135 and scheduling 5 weeks out. Bigfoot did it for HALF, and only a week out. You do the math. Daughters 1st car, would have wasted a month and a bunch of money waiting on pro trucks. John was very helpful and kind. I really appreciate all that. He did my JK wheels/tires also, perfect.Service: Tires

Place is an obvious front for something.Guy looks at you like you're interrupting him when you walk in. Was absolutely NO help in selecting parts for my truck. Then lied about timeframe in getting the work done. Blamed everything on his "supplier". Waited patiently as I never heard from him again. Screw this place. Move on
