He thoroughly explained what the issue at hand was and what the repair shop did to fix it. I highly recommend both his expertise for the estimate and the Collision shop for the repair work. I was nervous, because obviously it's a big purchase, but the owner was very kind and transparent and was not the type of person to try and pull a fast one or push for us to buy any kind of useless extra this-thats. He broke down everything - the prices, the fees, the state of the car and its history. He was very generous with the test drive, gave us the keys and let us look in and around and under the hood for as long as we needed to feel satisfied, which mind you was quite a while. And the paperwork (which I was most nervous about) was an absolute breeze thanks to him and his wife. We were out with our newly purchased car in under three hours, and honestly the time actually in the office probably totaled to maybe an hour or less. Fantastic service, prices and policies.
