“Didn't catch his name, but the guy that helped me was super nice and helpful both on the phone and when I came in. Usually you're the one asking about options available or explaining what you're doing. This wasn't the case. As soon as I said was I was looking for, he immediately let me know my options, gave me suggestions, pros/cons of each option, and was pleasant the whole time. Wasn't pushy or trying to get me out the door. If he's an employee, you got a good one! If he's (you, if you're reading this) the owner, keep up the good work!I was buying paint for touch-ups on my car.”

“I was assisted by Jason today. Went into the store needing a new battery for my wife's car. Jason was very helpful in recommending a battery for her car. Once outside to install the battery for me, Jason was very methodical in his work and did not rush the job. He made sure that everything was replaced as it previously had been and that everything fit where it needed to. “I'm stupid, and lost the fuel cap for one of our forklifts at my job. Showed up to Napa, again like an idiot, without even a spare, and the very kind gentleman at this location did everything they could think to do to help me out. My brain cells finally decided to fire, and I went and got a cap to have as a reference for them off our second forklift. I was there for awhile, but as it was an odd request, I can not blame them for that whatsoever. Great Napa location with great employees. Can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he wanted to make damn sure I got the right one, and put the effort into doing so! Will definitely be back when needed ?”
