I had a great experience here recently. I never usually write reviews, but I felt like this was worth it. I had a bit of a confusing ask for this Ace Hardware. I wanted to order an online item to be delivered to the store. It was unavailable to ship to store online, but Mary and the team at Ace were able to help me order everything, apply the online coupon code, use a gift card, and have it shipped to the store within 2 days. I had an amazing experience and the customer service has been WELL worth it.

I had to get paint matched and use a special combo to get it done. I had a teenager in the paint department. He was awesome. He led me in the correct direction. Told me what to get and what to do. It turned out perfect. I thank him immensely!! This was at the new Kensington store.

This neighborhood hardware store is my favorite. They have everything that you would want without having to go to the big box store very friendly and helpful when you’re looking for something. And very well stocked with a wide variety of items.
