It's not a bad vape shop. I'm making this review because the owners were unwilling to order or stock flavorless e-liquid; In an industry that is supposed to be all about harm reduction, refusal to stock an eliquid with no flavoring- which significantly lowers the risk of vaping- is pretty much the same attitude that got the industry to the point where it is now. I will change my review when they decide to stock unflavored eliquid in their store.

I've been vaping since mechanical mods and building your own coils were a thing. Hands down this was the best shop experience I've had. I came in with a set of problems with my smok box and he was able to guide me to equipment that solved every issue I had, with every feature I wanted, right off the bat. Reasonably priced too, certainly a better deal than my previous model.

I've been coming here for a few years now and it's always a fantastic experience. When I was new to vaping they were always willing to answer questions and help out without making you feel awkward or uncomfortable. Elon has always been super helpful and has helped me buy two mods now. All around great shop and great people

I will never go to this place again... I went a week ago to return something for my boyfriend that was broken and the owner was so disrespectful to me and just down right RUDE! If you buy something get home and it’s broken you go back to switch it I get it, it wasn’t broken we he got it but unwrapped when he got home and it was broken.. so I think it’s only right for a return!!

Because the government makes it so difficult to get juice nowadays, you need dedicated, efficient retailers who go above and beyond to serve the vaping community. This little shop at the tail end of New Hope (itself a slice of small town heaven) should be a beacon to all vapers in the NY/NJ/PA area. They have a wide selection of flavors, including my favorite which has been difficult to get, (thanks Cuomo & Murphy) and many other new treats. The staff member was very knowledgeable about his flavors, hardware, and the state of vaping regulations, and was most helpful to us. He offered to order any flavors we'd want for the future. Vapers, come to VMC for your juice & stay a while for the rest of New Hope's charm.

I must praise the service of this establishment during this Corona virus. Tried ordering online, but there was a glitch of some sort. Tal reached out to me to handle on the phone, and delivered it same day to my front door. Kudos to this vape shop.I rarely give 5 stars out to any business because there are so many check marks needed to accomplish this. Friendly, courteous, expertise in what they sell, patience with customers, go out of their way for their customers, remembering their customers... Tal and his sons are all of the above and then some.

Always satisfied & smoke-free for 3+ years! Due to government restrictions, it was always a hassle for me to find my favorite flavored juice... until I found this place! Their inventory is always stocked with the products I’m looking for and placing an online order for pickup is a breeze. The friendliness of the staff also cannot go without mentioning! There are other places closer to me, but I choose to drive an hour to come here instead. A visit here isn’t an errand, but a day I plan for & look forward to all week! Can’t help but have a smile on your face as you take in the charm of New Hope while satisfying all of your vaping needs. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone from NY/NJ looking for their new go-to spot, it’s a hell of a lot better than any other shops I’ve been to in the area!

Very rude. Watched an associate accuse a customer of stealing after they purchased something and made them empty their bag and pockets. Do not recommend going there. Also products a cheaper elsewhere.

I bought aegis max kit from here that came with a Zeus tank. I should have know something was wrong because the box for the kit wasn’t sealed. That’s no big deal because sometimes it’s the last model that was displayed but still shady. The tank just kept flooding and dramatically spitting hot juice. I changed the coils that it came with it to ones I bought from another shop but still the same results. Turns out after having it inspected that it’s not a legit unit which throws the warranty out the window. I bought another unit at another shop and you can see very obvious differences in quality, appearance and functionality. I’m not going to say that the shop purposely sent me a fake unit, it’s possible they didn’t know. All that’s for sure is I wasted a lot money with nothing but a lesson to show for it so be careful ordering online.
