Like another review below, they wouldn’t honor my coupon, and told me I needed to give them my home address to sign up for a rewards account for the coupon to work.
Other staff member didn’t seem to know how the computer at the register worked, and this was after yet another staff member told me they didn’t really know where things were because they’re new.
And after all that, they didn’t have what I needed (which used to be stocked when it was a True Value). Better staff, customer service, and selection prior to the change in ownership. Went and got what I needed elsewhere.

Recently visited Ace for some household items and to get a key made. I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. Of course I left with more then what I had planned on purchasing because they have recently increased their inventory. I also noticed more sale items which has encouraged me to frequently visit as the clearance items are random. Love having a such a selection at a local level!

horrible customer service they wouldn’t honor my $5 off $15 coupon that they couldn’t figure out how to do it .The mgr said he would give me the $5 off but corporate gets on me for giving multiple discounts ! So they would rather lose a customer than honor a coupon that they sent me in an email .

Horrible customer service from district manager! Would not honor their own coupon and would rather lose a regular customer than honor their own 5 dollar coupon. It’s a shame. It was better as true value! I’ll not be back!

I went there today.This place was horrible!! I passed at least 6 working employees.Not one person asked if I needed help while I was looking for items. Even the person at the counter didn't ask and/or greet me.
The aisles are way too narrow and feels like a deathtrap!
I don't think I'll be back for anything.
Too bad! I came here since they opened.

Terrible experience- employee in a turban refused to help me load mulch I had purchased to my car and yelled if I didn't like it he would refund my money. I am 76 years old and not that strong. After 10 years I certainly will not be shopping there again. The previous owners were friendly and helpful and it was always a pleasure to shop ther.

Great hardware store.. There is always great/friendly/helpful/reliable people on staff. A fantastic alternative to Home Depot/Lowes/ big box stores depending on what you need. Pet friendly location. Jassy, was the absolute helpful, he was more than up for the task even as the store was closing. He worked with me to get all of my purchases secured on my vehicle.Thanks for the amazing service above and beyond expectations.
