This place is great! Service is the best, Lori runs the place perfectly and the rooms are beautiful. She also makes the best breakfast ever and makes you feel at home. It was sad to leave, but while there was a great experience and enjoyed all the new hope and Lambertville stores and events.
Rooms: Are beautiful and very nice.
Food and drinks: Breakfast is the best and the cocktail hour is also the best.
Noteworthy details: Lori, the manager and staff, are the best and make your vacation even greater.

Great B & B. Older house with lots of personal touches. Close to town, Lambertville, Peddlers Village. Ample parking. Beautiful grounds, outdoor pool, fire pit. Manager Lori and her staff keep everything running smooth and the breakfast was delicious and different. One of the chairs in our room was in need of being reupholstered, but the bed was spacious with lots of pillows.

Lori accepted us late in the evening when we were after a long day and welcomed us with open arms. It felt like home, very cozy and the area is so lovely and green.
You can sit outside in the yard and have a tea or coffee, watching the sunset...
The room was clean and breakfast started with well, sweet pineapple!
No ghosts were spotted!! :)

My wife and I stayed here overnight as we were leaving early the next morning to travel to South NJ. Unfortunately we were not able to sample the breakfast as we left hours earlier, but everything else about the place was spectacular and old world authentic. Loved the decor, floors and just overall aesthetic. Laurie the manager was awesome and wife had great conversations with her especially about the "spirits" on the property :) Really enjoyed sitting out in the summer kitchen area as it was in the 50s windy and leaves blowing around. We were only there with one other couple so it added to the charm. Thanks Laurie!

If you want to feel like you've stepped back in time, to visit a lovely cousin, stay here and allow Lori to make you feel at home! It's a cosy property, with adorable decorations and a lovely garden - and there's a sweet little pool with plenty of shade. The food is spectacular, and the views are beautiful. There are also plenty of restaurants and lots of shopping very close by, in New Hope and Lambertville. We booked in for two nights during a holiday weekend, very last minute, and we really enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, and until the moment we left, Lori was so exceptionally kind and incredibly gracious to us! Also, she's got the cutest dog in the whole world. The dog lives separately from the actual Inn, so we requested to meet the dog, and she was kind enough to give us that opportunity. Major bonus for us, because we love dogs. I definitely recommend this place for an affordable couple's getaway!

Great place to stay away from the noise and congestion of new hope. The pool in the summer is absolutely worth it. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. Great at night to relax with a cocktail and the adult only atmosphere is great.

I can’t believe I forgot to leave this review. Pineapple Hill Inn is unforgettable.I had the distinct pleasure of staying here for two or three nights in April. Lori Coffman does an excellent job running this show. Pineapple Hill is a Bucks County treasure trove of hospitality and at-home kind of comfort, in a spacious well appointed colonial home. The breakfasts served are curated and served by Lori, who always greets us each day with a smile and fresh coffee. Large windows and perfect lighting make the dining room very cozy and relaxed. The decor is artfully done and each room looks like somebody really lives there; tapestries and paintings and kids of books. I recommend this as a respite for weary travelers, as well as an ideal jumping-off point for a long stay in scenic and historic Bucks County. The grounds are full of big shady trees, multiple flower gardens, birds, deer & big, fat bunnies. It’s kind of like being transported to an English village.Always bustling New Hope is a short trip down the road, and New Jersey is across the bridge from New Hope. If you like Antiques and 5 star cuisine, you’re in the right place. You’ll undoubtedly have a great night’s sleep knowing you’ve gotten your moneys worth out of your smart choice to stay here. I bet you’ll want to come back. I know I can’t wait.Nearby activities: New Hope offers myriad shopping opportunities and notable restaurants & homemade ice cream, artisan galleries and clothing shops.Lambertville, NJ is an Antiques jackpot and numerous farm markets and 5 star restaurants. Scenic drives are MUST! Be sure to visit distinctive Clinton, NJ. Historic Inns abound.

The Pineapple Hill Inn Bed & Breakfast1324 River Rd.New Hope, PA 18938(888) 866-8404My wife took me to The Pineapple Hill Inn for an unforgettable weekend for my birthday June 30-July 2, 2023. I cannot say enough about this charming, beautiful, and enchanting B & B. From our arrival greeting to our departure, we were treated like royalty from Lori the Inn Keeper. Lori is a very gracious, warm, professional, and dedicated to make your stay a perfectly unequaled, enjoyable, and memorable. We stayed in the Baltimore Oriole Suite. This is the largest suite, complete with living room, fully equipped kitchen, oversized soaking tub and a private deck to enchanting, well maintained, beautifully maintained grounds. It has a Queen size bed plus 2 love seats which open to single beds. Cable TV and Wi-Fi in living room and bedroom. A gas burning fireplace in the bedroom, and an oversized shower. We enjoyed 2 amazing and wonderful home cooked breakfasts. Our first one included warm roasted fresh pineapple and strawberries, and with French Toast and maple syrup. We also had orange and tomato juice. You help yourself to fresh coffee or tea and almond milk, whole milk and half & half are available. Our second breakfast was a delicious oatmeal with fresh fruit and a croissant of egg, peppers, and tomato. It was phenomenal! Lori works with Sam during breakfast to get you your meal in a short time. The two are extraordinary and enthusiastic to help start your day on a positive note.Lori was very helpful when we asked her for guidance to help us with our visit to learn as much as we could about the greater New Hope area. Thank you very much Lori for making memories we will cherish forever.Warm RegardsDave & Jenny, Woodland Park, NJ
