I just took my dogs to the dog groomers and they look and smell fantastic.Absolutely love this place,everyone is friendly and so enthusiastic and my dogs love everyone of them.So grateful I have a place I trust with my dogs.Thank you Sue and Ron especially Sue for a wonderful job you do all my dogs

We USED to hi here but our last experience was HORRIBLE and we will NEVER RETURN!!!! They ACTUALLY told my daughter when she went to pick up our baby that "we won for the most matted hair this month." How UNPROFESSIONAL AND OBNOXIOUS do you have to be to say something like that to a customer for over 5 years??? WE WILL NEVER RETURN!! If I could I would give a NEGATIVE 5 STAR REVIEW

They are great over there! My dogs are so fearful about getting their nails done and the team was quick, so kind with them and did a great job. Wouldn't now think to go anywhere else now!

Ron, Sue, and staff are wonderful! We travel 55 minutes it is well worth it. Sadie always looks so beautiful after getting groomed at New hope pet center. Sadie absolutely loves them ❤️

Such a gem of a place!! As a first time dog owner I was initially overwhelmed with pretty much everything and the owners took their time to talk to me, gave me advice, suggestions, ideas… Never to push their products but to just help me and it was much appreciated. Mary does a fabulous job with my pup and everyone there is so kind. Been a customer for a year now and will be for MANY more.

Today was our first time visiting the New Hope Pet Center for grooming. Everyone was very professional and friendly and most importantly Lilly was beautifully groomed and very happy and calm when we picked her up.
