Slowest gas pumps I’ve ever experienced.
Update: as I was sitting waiting for the gas to slowly pump I read a review from 7 months ago acknowledging the slow gas pumps and saying they would fix them. Then I read a review from 7 years ago complaining about the gas pumps being slow. Seems like this is a thing.

Most businesses in New Hope boro try to support and uplift their fellow residents, but not this Lukoil: they deliberately price gouge by $0.50-$1.00 on 93-octane gas because they know lots of people around here drive cars requiring it. I guess they think it’s funny to “stick it to the man”. The other week (early April 2024), they were charging 4.89/gallon. At Sunoco IN PHILLY (where gas is more expensive) it was 4.19. Wawas in Bucks were at 4.29. Their regular gas is prices normally so it’s basically a deliberate middle finger to everyone who lives in the area.

Slowest gas pumps ever! Not being petty here. 11 minutes to fill up a 15 gallon tank? Never seen anything like this. Every car next to me complaining about the slow gas pumps.

The air pump never works, told the young woman inside that it took my money and depleted air out of my tires she didn’t seem to give a s_it. Not everyone in the area is mega rich. I want my $2 back. Since I’m on the topic: what’s up with your gas prices low grade is average but the top two tiers are over a dollar and more….ohhh I get it you guys rip off the rich folks cause their cars require 93 octane. Again not everyone is rich in the area. That’s dirty business practices.

My wife's car was leaking oil and I was out of town. Without an appointment, she stopped in at Lukoil and they immediately looked at her truck. Found that the oil drain plug had almost fallen out due to another quick oil change business not tightening it up appropriately. Bret probably saved her engine! Thanks Lukoil!

I hit a giant pothole and blew out the two right side tires and bent the rims. Shawn came out very quickly and scooped up my work truck and towed it back to the shop. Dave the mechanic said the tires and rims would arrive within a couple of days and he was spot on. I had my truck back and in service right away. The price for everything was extremely reasonable given my truck is a high-top and heavy work truck. I highly recommend their service!
