Flashback to 70s....old worn yuck bathrooms, towels of sandpaper....I could go on but this is close to out of business...so if you want to reminisce of what a hotel in the 70s was like...hurry it may be gone soon!

Cute place with everything we needed for a one night stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

I stayed for two nights and found it very comfortable. Very rustic and dated, but very clean.
Close by to Main St. New Hope with many dining options and pubs to choose from.
Staff was very friendly and courteous.
Nice swimming pool with many lounge chairs.
I will be back!

Stayed here last weekend with my girlfriend and was promised a room with a fridge/microwave and by pool. Instead we got a dirty old room with multiple spiders and other bugs in the room. There was a dumpster right by our room. They moved us for the second day to another room. When we got to the other room there was an old dirty towel on the chair and we only got refunded $40 for the first night. Even though we paid $310 all together.

I had been to New Hope previously and saw this place and thought I would give it a try. It's quaint, cozy and I would stay again! The room and bed were comfortable and the location is less than 2 minutes from the center of New Hope.Other reviewers have commented about (mostly) the bathroom. Yes, its dated (very 50's), and there was some visible rust on the sink and heat runs, BUT, everything was clean! As a child growing up in the 60's, tis reminded me of some of the places my parents stayed at while vacationing. I actually thought the bathrooms were very quaint.Considering the location, the price (the best in New Hope), and how comfortable it is, I would not hesitate to stay again.Actually I will be returning to the area in about 4 months and I will probably being staying here.

Unit #8 really needs shades on the front window. Light from the outdoor lamp shines in at night, very bright.Otherwise, a lovely stay!

Reviews are pretty spot-on about this place. Great location and checkin was very easy, however, room was pretty outdated and had lots of wear and tear.I booked 1 night for a work trip and think this would be the max for me personally. I only saw 3 cars there, but I was put in a room at the very back lot. In my room, there was a door with a deadbolt to the room next door, and a door with a deadbolt to the back patio. The back door did not have the same key as the one in front, so I could leave thru it but not lock it.Shower had some rust on heater, shower rod, and shower head so I didn't shower here. There was a small smoke stain on one part of the main room's ceiling. There were lots of cigarette butts around - on the table outside my room, and on the back patio. There was also a huge rented dumpster next to the building I was in.Lots of small areas for improvement that add up to it just being an OK stay. The staff I worked with were super nice and helpful, so it stinks that the room didn't live up to the same quality!

Great little motel, very Schitts Creek-like. I stayed here and walked into town. Convenient and good prices.

From the looks outside I was a bit nervous that our room was going to messy and unpleasant. Once entering our room, it was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We even had our own private back balcony, which we didn't take advantage of, next I will definitely enjoy a nice cup of coffee. It was beautiful. The convenience of staying at this hotel is perfect to peddlers village and other restaurants and shopping places. About a 5 minute drive.Nearby activities: Peddlers villageNoteworthy details: Preserves and state parks and Washington crossing all near by.
