Be aware of their return policy. Exchange or store credit only. If you buy someone a gift and they come to exchange it, and they don’t have a different size. You’re out of luck. Even worse if they don't have anything else you like. Employees can also be rude.

Honestly, my wife loves to come in here. This is the second time I've come in this shop with multiple people working and no one says hello. Merry ChristmasI guess it's a toss up. Some people like to be greeted others like to be left alone... Beautiful store, a lot of nice merchandise neatly displayed... but I stood in the men's area while an associate walked around me counting Yeti mugs. At least say hi. My wife is having a ball.

Terrible customer service. My friend and I just left this store a bit ago. We visited the area for the peach festival and while browsing through the store, we noticed that we were being profiled by 2 sales associates (who were very obvious).Ironically my friend and I look Hispanic, and we’re the only 2 that looked like us in the store. What’s disturbing, is that we didn’t look disheveled, not put together, or lacking in hygiene. I literally was wearing Lululemon and Madewell. Very disappointed with their profiling. If anyone from the store is reading this, I’m curious as to why you profiled us, and would like a response.

My wife purchased an $800.00 jacket for me for Christmas. It did not fit properly so we attempted to return the jacket on New Years Eve with the original receipt and all the jackets tags in place. The merchant refused to refund our money and only offered store credit. Very unreasonable.

I love this store! The clothes are so beautiful and unique and the associates that work there are always so very helpful and not overbearing. They also offer other nice things besides the clothes. Also love their sale items. I got a pair of beautiful Dansko boots for half off and a gorgeous Free People top. This is the best place for being well-dressed!

My favorite store at Peddlers Village (along with Lace Silhouettes’s)! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The selection is both elegant and affordable. Don’t miss this Bucks County gem. ?

the selection is pretty good, a little expensive. they do have a lot of great things to buy. however the sales people are so incredibly annoying. they follow you around and try to help out and pick stuff out for you. they end up just being a burden. we try to come and shop but that makes us want to not.

Not impressed. The salespeople were friendly, but a bit aggressive. The merch is oddly varied, maybe they're going for "something for everyone?" But only if said customers have a fat wallet! PRICEY! No sales ever, either! Even for Bucks County, a bit overpriced. But what really is bothersome is their RETURN policy. They only give store credit. No matter what. I bought two fleece wraps, in different colors. Didn't like quality when I opened it at home. Kept the opened one, but tried to return the second one, still in shrink wrap, with receipt the NEXT day. They only gave me store credit. So I used it to buy a Yeti mug. Once home I realized the mug didn't have the complete lid components. Brand new! I'm not going to bother trying to return it to Fox and Holly. I'll contact Yeti. So overall, I won't be shopping at Fox and Holly anymore.

I went to this store yesterday, looking for a handbag. I found a leather one that I would have bought, if it hadn't been tied to the display and fastened with a lock so I couldn't even try it. I walked around the entire store and not one sales person was to be seen. The only employees were busy as cashiers, so I left. This store lost a $200+ sale as well as a future customer. If a store is high end in terms of pricing, customer service should be better than Kohl's.
