not great. i was waiting in line for 25 minutes with only 3 people in fron of me. They didnt have enough staff ro run the place but instead of closing i was stuck for almost 40 minutes getting a carwash after all said and done

One of the worst car wash establishments I have ever been to. The employees are fine, and why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The quality of the wash is horrible. The rims were as filthy as when I got there. I had to re vacuum it because their vacuum job was subpar. The windshield had spot and dead bugs still. Been here in the past and it was average at best, but this was worse. Will never go back and pay $28 for the work for what I got. Been to their other location as well, and that place was brutal. I should have learned. I did now.
No thank you for a redo if they offer like other bad posts here.

I visited this car wash last week but left because the line was too long. I came back today and they had a few cars in line. Two friendly employees greeted me and clearly explained the prices and what was included. They mentioned that they couldn't vacuum some debris stuck in the fabric, which I understood. I watched the washing process, and they did a good job. The cashier was nice, and my car was ready and dry in minutes. Although the windows were slightly streaked, I didn't mind. I viewed some reviews for this place and I hope they know the difference between car wash and car detailing. For a car wash, the service was acceptable and reasonably priced. I'll definitely return.

I probably won't come back. The wash portion was fine mostly, but I had to vacuum again when I got home. I also had to run a rag of my own through the inside of the car.

I tried to wash my car there 3 times. 1-2-3 operations
1 guy is working, 2 cars in the lane, 3 hours wait.
They are always closed and even when they are not on that one second Wednesday, employees will be wandering around paying zero attention to the incoming cars. Desperately needs new management.

While the mechanical segment works fine, the quality of the manual finishing segment is deplorable. Their employees rush which results is water stains on the rear hatch window, all internal and even external windows are streaked. This becomes dangerous when facing the sun while driving. I had to pull over and clean the windshield using a bottle of water and a towel I happened to have in the back. The y used the same rags on the windows that were used to wipe down the car body. According to the owner, they are supposed to use different rags along with windex or similar. They also left my rubber floor mats filthy and door sills which I also had to clean. This was the result of the Luxury $25 car wash!! BTW, the car wash in Richboro is worth the drive.

They could wash the windows in-between the car wash and the waiting room. The bathrooms could use a care too. The people who work there were nice
