I spoke with Rachel about an issue I was having with my dogs ears and she was able to provide me with a great suggestion on a product that works so well for us. I have tried multiple things and she was able to suggest something that finally worked. It’s nice to see employees who are knowledgeable and know the products.

The best specialty pet food store in the area including the one in Pennington NJ. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff, incredible selection of the highest quality pet food, pet toys, all sorts of supplies.

It's not pleasurable to leave a negative review for a local business, yet I want to share my experience to alleviate the stress for another. Have had several issues, and asked to speak to a manager - no one is available and they do not call when they say they will. Recently, I returned dog food that made my dog sick. Three different small boxes, 1 free promo. I tried to return them because 2 made her sick and didn't want to risk the 3rd. Wouldn't give money back except on one, stood in line for 20+ minutes while they called the manager and nothing. The care for the pet and the owner isn't here. Some folks are nice, which I appreciate, but it's not worth the stress so won't be going back.

I've been to every pet place in the area. I'm so happy Dogs & Cats came to New Hope. If they don't have it, they get it. Friendliest people adds to the great quality stuff I have both dogs & cats and they love to visit. Do yourself a favor, make this your place too. You won't be disappointed and likely very happy.
