My husband and I have purchased many pieces of beautiful jewelry at Diana Michaels. We have always been so happy with everything. Diane, Greg and the rest of the staff are so knowledgeable and produce quality work. I trusted them with precious family heirlooms and I was never disappointed! I would not go anywhere else. My fiancé and I are so incredibly pleased with our experience at Diana Michaels!! When we arrived to the store we were greeted right away and introduced to Karen, who helped us through this whole process. Karen was very kind, knowledgeable, and honest which made designing our perfect engagement ring easier than we thought it would be! She listened attentively and answered all of our questions with great insight. Never once did we feel rushed or overwhelmed. Karen and Diana, who was also incredible, worked with our budget and was able to create a beautiful, unique and customized engagement ring. Diane was the best! The service the expertise & listening to what my vision was. I have jewelry craft people in my family & I was so impressed with the knowledge of jewels & settings & experienced jewelers on staff. Diane’s store is a gem within itself! It’s not your average jewelry store it’s amazing from a vast variety of tastes & styles you can’t go wrong & her personality is a breath of fresh air ! Love this place ❤️

Beautiful jewelry, but be very careful and examine the links which are used to put the pieces on and off. Some of these are difficult to use and become loose so the piece can fall off.

My fiancé and I are farmers, so we are the last people you'd find in a jewelry shop looking at rings. We went a year ago to get our engagement ring appraised, fixed and sized (it was over 100 years old - a family heirloom) and were greeted with such warmth and knowledge. We left them learning so much about our ring, and only spent a few hundred dollars. We didn't buy anything, and we were treated with the same respect as other customers who were spending thousands.Fast forward to now, a year later, we are getting married in January and of course wanted to return to get custom wedding bands made from gold jewelry that was given to us by our late fathers. Greg has spent hours talking with us at the shop, trying on nearly every wedding band they own to find the perfect one. Michael has emailed us countless times, different designs and scenarios. Diana has always greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Never car-salesmen attitudes. They've locked the door behind us multiple times as with our work schedules we always end up coming right before closing time. We are never rushed out. It feels like home being there.Jewelry can be very intimidating to get into. It can be really overwhelming to shop for. Especially for us - broke 35 year old farmers. They work with your budget, no matter the size. They listen to your concerns. They educate you along the way. They leave you wanting to come back. They clean my engagement ring every time I visit, even when I don't buy anything. It makes me feel like a million bucks.I wasn't asked nor even encouraged to leave a review. I just wanted to share our experience as it's so rare these days to get treated with the upmost respect in jewelry shops. If you just have questions about your own jewelry, if you want something vintage, if you want to design something custom - if you have a ring from your great-grandmother that you want to modify so it fits your style - these folks do it all - in house! Really. We'd never go anywhere else are and are so thankful we found them.

Absolutely gorgeous jewelry! Much of it is custom made at the store. So many really unique pieces. The sales associate was really sweet and fun to work with as well. Lovely shop!

I have never had a more pleasant experience at any jewelry store in my life prior to Diana Michaels. The two times I had visited, I was greeted with such hospitality and by the friendliest of staff. The selection of fine jewelry is immense and they offer everything one could possibly wish for. They don’t just sell jewelry, they sell wearable art. Dylan assisted through various options for my first ring purchase and I am absolutely in love with it. I never once felt pressured to buy anything and that is why I will be a customer for life. Thank you to everyone that works at this establishment!

Website outdated. Items listed not in store. They follow you around, it's uncomfortable. Drive an hour to see an item and acted like it was years ago it was there.

Had a custom design ring created for my wife. Their team was excellent to work with and came up with a beautiful ring design with input from my wife (also an artist). The service was excellent, pricing what was expected for a custom piece. Highly recommended using them should you need the same level of creativity.
