Turner Buick wanted to charge me $10,000 to put a new engine in my 2016 Buick Encore. The cost of this was extremely marked up. I will never do business with them again, nor will I ever purchase a Buick again. At 81,000 miles my car is now junk. The replacement cost should be about half of what they quoted me.

I ordered and purchased a new hd diesel pickup from these people. The truck has issues ever since 1000 miles been in and out of the shop. Half the time they didn't even have a loaner and when they did it was a small car. I bought a truck for a reason a car got me to and from work but that's about it. At this time I'm am out of a truck for 3 months and am renting another one.

Service department manager rude. Had are gmc truck for a week and did nothing. Transmission light was on and slipping. When we took it in they wanted to know if we had an appointment. Would not give us a loner vehicle . You need to reserve that a week ahead. They finally said there is nothing wrong with it. Charged us $147.00 to do nothing. Will never go back there.

I Just want to say how happy I am with Turner. I bought a new Crew cab GMC Sierra. Sales rep Trevor was very good to work with and always gets back to me on a timely manner. If he says he's going to do something he follows through. Sales manager Bart game me a fair deal on my truck as was very easy to work with and a supports his sales team very well. Steve did a great job with all the financial paperwork and made the process quick and easy. I will recommend them anytime.

Trailer module was faulty from when I bought the truck brand new 2 years ago & you refuse to replace it under warranty.
We bought 2 brand new vehicles from you within the past 3 years & we get treated like that.

My husband and I went this past Saturday to Turner Buick Gmc in New Holland Pa. Well, Joel was a great sales person. But, needs more knowledge. The one salesman that had a desk at the side entrance was on his phone the whole time we were there. Dressed like a slob! . Never said hello. The gentleman who took our truck to see what it was worth, acted like he didn't want to be there. Than I had the paper ready for what our pay off was for the truck. They came in not even half of what was owed. my husband asked if they used Kelly's blue book, they said yes. Well needless to say they are off by $5000.00. We looked it up on kellys blue book by the vin#. At that we should of just left! Than, when I was filling out the credit application, the guy was rushing me because as he stated, I have another customer coming, I need you to hurry up, but take your time. Never have I ever had such bad customer service from a car dealership! They totally acted like they didn't even want to be there. Do we recommend anyone going there? Absolutely Not! There are dealerships out there that are kind and courteous., and very respectful of people! So, I am only giving them a 1 star! No way no how will we ever go there again!
