“Felt the need to write this review after the customer ahead of me in line was extremely rude to the employees.. as someone who always has Amazon returns I find myself here quite often (lol) and the employees are consistently kind and extremely patient. They will even go as far as insisting to help me carry the packages from my car into the store if they can see I have my hands full with my little guy. By far my favorite UPS location :)”
“I had difficulty in buying HP ink for my computer. I wanted to buy the "X" cartridge but when I got home, though it fit in nicely, it was said to be not effective. I had to exchange for the "A". The store graciously allowed the exchange.”

“I needed large prints for my aunts memorial. She lived in North Carolina and was 103 years old. We were very limited on the selection of photos of her. Kevin at Staples was the absolute best with helping me select the best photo possible with the limited choices I had. Thank you Kevin, I really appreciate your customer service/ support.”

“I’ve been here a number of times and they are always super helpful even on very troublesome packages. Very friendly and service is great. Only con is that their hours on google aren’t correct due to worker shortage. I’ve shown up a few times and they were closed during supposed business hours. Check review photos for a pic of their real hours.”
