The store is clean and nicely organized. Unfortunately some of the staff I encountered were rude when I asked for assistance with a silent auction item. They made me feel uncomfortable that ultimately I decided to put the other items back and left. A very unpleasant experience.

What a cool thrift store, lots of brand name clothing, really well organized. Nicely sized dressing rooms, found some great vests and coats upstairs with the furniture & housewares. There is also a huge Christmas section and tons of jewelry. And very good prices!

Pointed at, profiled, followed + then questioned about purchasing items, even though the entire purchase + transaction was watched (by a surveiling employee badly faking folding + placing imaginary things around).
Further, accused (by that scowling employee) of being angry after being accused of taking items without paying.
Rampant discrimination + lack of customer care (for all) persists.
Unpleasant experience, to say the least, having traveled quite a bit to be treated in such a manner.

This place is absolutely amazing. If you've never been here you need to visit at least once. You will thank me later. It's like a Goodwill store on steroids x 5.

Wow! Immaculate, two story thrift store filled with upscale treasures. Lots and lots of clothing, pretty furniture, and vintage finds. I loved this store.

Lovely thrift gem. Two floors with a lot of room. Has the feel of Goodwill, but better, with a Lancaster feel. First floor is for books, clothing, and Christmas items. 2nd floor is for furniture and housewares. They have a tremendous amount of women’s clothing and a wonderful selection of antiques as well. My favorite aspect was the overall Lancaster thrifting experience!

Wonderful values! Clean, well organized, efficient checkouts without wait, ample room in the isles for customers with carts, friendly helpful staff, spotless modern restrooms, very handicap friendly facility, ample parking in clean lot, a model for any retail business. Seemed excessively warm inside though. Could be cooler.

I love this shop and all the good it does. It's very clean and well organized. However, twice now I have been overcharged on jewelry purchases. The lady punching them in rings them in too many times. It's a shame on me moment because I allowed it to happen to me twice. Unfortunately, I'll have to double check my receipts hard when I shop here. I don't mind donating to a good cause, but I like to pick my donations instead of having them placed on me via error. I love the shop, the people and the mission of course, but getting overcharged on numerous occasions just plain stinks.

If I could I would give it a zero. I’m so furious at the workers there for profiling my sister. They all seem to be on their high horses. WORST business ever. They should fire all the workers and replace them but since there is mostly a “whiter” crowd I doubt that will EVER happen.
