Tom Weaver was extremely helpful and took my inquiry about a truck into a wrapped deal in 2 days and gave me the best trade deal of 4 other Ford dealers which made the 250 mile drive to them well worth it . I also liked the no pressure for extras a lot of dealers press hard on , I simply stated I did not wish to purchase extra coverages and we moved right along and finalized all paperwork very quickly !! I would highly recommend buying from them and when my next purchase arrises they will be one of the first dealers Inquire !

The lease on our 2017 RAV4 Limited was coming due in a week. We called Performance Toyota and Kelly Toyota only to leave messages to return our call. Then we called New Holland Toyota and Matej answered our very first call, no need to leave a message and wait. He listened and responded. Right away he took our information, told us how he could help us and gave us options. Not only could we trade for a new RAV4 Limited but our lease payments would be lowered. He only had 1 RAV4 Limited but held it for us until we got there, and this was a Friday night. When we got there we had to wait a little while, because he was so busy helping other clients but it was well worth the wait. He was friendly, efficient made it happen despite the fact that we were now over an hour after the dealership closed. The finance guy, James could not have been friendlier and more efficient. Matej invited us to come back when it was more convenient to go over everything this RAV4 offered. We returned the following Tuesday and he showed us everything! We never did hear from the other Toyota dealerships, guess we weren't important to them! Go see Matej if you're thinking of buying/leasing a Toyota! He's really, really good! Honest and has integrity. . . Overall great customer service, a great new car and a great experience!

Love the diesel service, they have always been fantastic. I was very disappointed today to see service advisors and customers with their masks off. It is no wonder this virus continues to spread. Couldn’t wait to leave!

Great experience with Service Department! Greg Spangler and the techs went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed right. The work done was of very high quality. My car was in the shop for several days and Greg communicated very well with me throughout the process. I appreciate that in a service shop. It is a 45 minute drive for me but, I will still choose New Holland over any other dealer for my service needs. Like others will tell you, they are worth the drive!

I bought a new jeep from them. Ricky Hernandez is the GREATEST salesman I ever had. He knew I had kids and an extremely busy schedule so he had my car appraised from pictures I texted him. prior to buying he must have worked out 10 deals over 8-12 months for me while i was waiting to get right side up on my wife's car. When the time finally came to buy he had all the details worked out so that all I had to do was test drive the one I wanted and was out of there in an hour. TH

I am giving five star ratings due to the customer service provided by new Holland. Curtis, my sales representative, Was extremely helpful in the purchase of four new trucks. Not only was he a tentative to each step in the process, but he also helped coordinate some fabrication that was done to three of the rigs. I would give six stars if it was possible!

Not going to write along review, just plain awful. Charging us a $1,000.00 to tell us your not sure if spending additional $2,300.00 shop bill will fix the issue or not. Just plain awful!

Aaron Flickinger cantacted me after sending an email regarding interest in a Ram truck. Although 99% of our communication was via email, he was responsive and kept me in the loop. Also worked on his day off! Talk about dedication, to help work out a deal that would work for me. Aaron partened with Kevin Davis while off, Kevin stepped up to help work the deal. Both Aaron and Kevin worked their tales off for me. They got more than a fair trade on my trade in and got my payments
